[ As for Cloud? He'd only recently begun to feel as if he was coming into his own as a person. Ever since Ayaka helped him regain his memories, and Zack filled in the final pieces. There was still so much to cover and do, not just back home, but across worlds as well. If he has it his way, he's going to see to it that everything is set right everywhere. His mother would talk to him about the kind of girl he should be with. Someone he should find. Older. More mature. Someone who can keep him on the straight and narrow and stop him from being a silly goose.
Who would have thought Cloud would find everything he could have ever asked for, and it wasn't under his own set of stars?
The talk of marriage? He'd be doing her a disservice if he rushed and said he was ready to tackle that. He knows she still has things she wishes to improve on as well. So much was up in the air right now in their lives, and this fairytale they were living could go up in smoke with the snap of a finger if some higher power deemed it so. That was something they needed to prepare themselves for. Not to accept it. But to defy it all just as he and the others defied destiny once before.
But...now that they were talking about it? He may still be blushing red, and his heart may be hammering away, but there's still a shy smile across his lips. He means what he said. No "examples" to be found. ]

[ Every time she kisses him, it's sweeter than the last. As he closes his eyes, embracing the promise and hope she instills in him likewise, he hums contently without the heated urge to deepen it. This wasn't what tonight was about. He would always be in the mood for her...and if it weren't so late? He might have kept kissing her. Kept touching her. Kept letting those strong hands of his wander to shower her with the affection she so rightfully deserves. ]
